If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of the Jin Tea Shop’s Glass Tumbler, you may return the purchased item in its original unused, resalable condition and packaging within 14 days of the purchase date with original receipt.
Jin Tea Shop guarantees our product from manufacturer’s defects within 90 days of normal use. If you believe that your purchase from Jin Tea Shop has a defect, please bring the purchased item, along with its original receipt immediately back to Jin Tea Shop for inspection. If we find that the product contains a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the product.
Jin Tea Shop products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policies described above.
